How was yours, did you use a glass baking plate or a tin? Probably another 3-4 minutes would have made a difference. Will try that next time - thanks! Guest guest Posted May 4, 2010 Report Share Posted May 4, 2010 Do you have a cake tester or use a tooth pick, the center will be moist, insert the toothpick an inch from the center, it the tooth pick is dry it will be done. yes a few more minutes next time. She only likes chocolate desserts (no fruit pies or cobblers), so I like to come up with something different every once in a while for our movie nights.
