Guest guest
happy Wednesday all: I suspect some of us here like to garden: I remember as a kid, we had a big rhubarb patch that grew out back, at the very edge of a pine grove. It came back on its own every year - i dont recall every troubling with it, except to pick. and since, I have never been able to plant and grow rhubarb. is there some trick to this? i love rhubarb but nothing from the store tastes like what grew in the yard. Also: I am looking especially for some unique pasta dishes; esp plays on 'lasagna' - thanks all, Nancy in NH and a PS: my sister sent this recipe, i haven't tried it yet. I wonder if other veggies would work in place of mushrooms? artichokes? Buffalo Tarts 30 Athens Phyllo Dough pre made tarts (2 packages) 1 large can mushrooms (can use fresh, sliced) 4 oz lowfat creamcheese softened 2 TBSP lowfat ranch dressing 1/4-1/2 cup (depending on how hot you want it) Frank's red hot sauce Blend last 4 ingredients together-mix well. Fill shells with mixture. Bake at 350 for 10-15 mins.
