I picked up two " Kitchens of India " heat n serve meals at the Whole Foods. I

am writing to let everyone know that they are terrific!! I tried the Navratan

Korma first...loved it!... and last night I had the Dal Bukhara. The Dal was

even better...I had to force myself to not eat it all in one setting and so I

had the leftovers for breakfast! YUMMO!! When I bought these, the price was a

sale/introductory price. I wish I had bought more! I am thinking the normal

price will be around $3.50. There are two servings per pkg. They are definitly

not spicy, in fact, I imagine that for many, they will not be spicey

enough...but you can always add to it. I found the flavors perfect, not too much

and not too little.

Often, I am disappointed with pkged. or frozen foods, so I really wanted to

pass this one on as I am really impressed with this and, for me, I think it

would be hard to improve on. It's fast too, just heat it in its pkg. in boiling

water...then I poured it over rice. Calorie count seemed ok...they are a bit

high in sodium. It's a product I will continue to have on my shelf.

Cool! I have been eyeballing those & have been wanting to try them. Thanks for

the thumbs up! Will definitely have to try them.

I tried the Annie Chunn's Pad Thai Noodle bowl yesterday for lunch & LOVED it!

Everyone in the office said it smelled D-lish! Today I am trying the Annie

Chunn's Kung Pao Noodle Bowl.. will let you know how it was.

Thanks,

Patti
