I took your " review " of the book " Eat to Live " and found out they have a copy at the bookstore down the street, so I am going now to get it. I too, have been vegetarian for some years, and trying to go vegan, but always get tripped up by two things - butter and cheese. I am looking forward to reading this book, as it seems you have been inspired by it. I live in Virginia and am an artist, in mixed media, and a quilter, and I make my own jewelry. My husband is a retired federal judge, and we have one daughter who is married and lives in the same town as we do. She is 9 months pregnant and about to have the baby any day now (this will be my first grandchild!), and she has been watching what she eats very carefully, though she is not vegetarian, but on occasion, she will try one of my veggie dishes. I am 56 years old and have Parkinson's Disease, but am on medication for it, so that helps alot, as well as the computer helps too - because I can type and can backspace when I make a typo, unlike my handwriting, which is illegible due to my hand tremors.
