Guest guest Posted May 7, 2010 Report Share Posted May 7, 2010 Carrot-Miso Pate 2 cups carrots, sliced 3 slices ginger 2 green onions, chopped 2 tbsps. mellow white miso 1 tbsp. maple syrup Steam carrots, ginger and green onions until the the carrots are tender, about 10 minutes.
