Guest guest Posted May 7, 2010 Report Share Posted May 7, 2010 Roasted Garlic Carrots 1 lb. carrots, peeled, trimmed, split lengthwise 1 tbsp. olive oil 2 tbsps. water 8 small garlic cloves 1 pinch salt ground black pepper Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange carrots in a 13x9 " baking dish. Add oil, water and garlic. Cover with foil and bake until the carrots are fork-tender, about 30 minutes. Uncover and turn carrots.
