Guest guest Posted May 8, 2010 Report Share Posted May 8, 2010 Hi April, Vegetarian lasagne (not vegan though).I use those lasagne sheets available in the fridge section of the supermarket. Then layer lasagne sheet, lentil bolognese(that's what I call it lol),ricotta with small amount of Parmesan mixed in. How many layers you get depends on quantity of lentils etc you make. But finish layers with lasagne sheet and then pour over béchamel sauce. Yummo. Can send you recipe if you are interested. Virginia West Aussie > Hello! I am a new vegetarian.
