I don't know if I have ever heard of Tamari sauce. What is it?

Tamari is basically a " richer " soy sauce. Some are wheat free, but not all

are so if wheat is your issue, you will need to look for one that says

" wheat free " on the label. San-J has one that is wheat free, but the San-J

tamari in my fridge is not wheat free. You can find it at your grocery

store or at a natural foods store.
