Guest guest
Cutting Corn Off The Cob Step 1. Shuck and silk corn. Cook corn on the cob by boiling water and placing corn in the pan. Let corn cook about 8 to 10 minutes. Remove corn from pan and place piece upright in the middle of the tube pan which you place in the sink. Step 2. Hold corn in upright position. Using a sharp knife, slice down the sides of the corn, turning the corn as you cut. The tube pan catches all the corn. You are left with virtually no clean up and there are less cut fingers--NO MESS! -- Never be afraid to try something new. Remember amateurs built the ark. Professionals built the Titanic.
