Guest guest Posted May 12, 2010 Report Share Posted May 12, 2010 Breakfast Smoothie Ingredients * Per smoothie: 3/4 C. non-fat plain yogurt or soy yogurt 3 Tbs. milk or soy milk 1 banana 1/2 C. fresh or frozen fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries or fruit of your choice) Directions Blend all ingredients, pour into cup. Taste to see if you want to add more of a certain ingredient. If making ahead of time, let chill in the refrigerator overnight.
