Rice seasoning Mix in a Jar

 

3/4 cup  vegi bouillon granules 

1/2 cup dried parsley

1 Tbs. basil

1 Tbs. dill weed

2 Tbs. dried onion flakes

1 tsp. seasoning salt

2 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning

1 cup almonds, coarsley chopped,optional

 

Mix all together well. Makes 2 cups.

 

Store in airtight container . When ready to make rice, combine 1 cup rice, 2

cups water, and 3 Tbs. seasoning.

Bring water to a boil. Add rice and seasoning. Reduce to simmer, cover, and cook

for 18 minutes.

I have always been able to find vegetable bouillon at local grocery

stores.....our Wal-Mart carries it.

Whole Foods carries the little cubes. They also carry a paste. I would assume

the cubes could be crushed up for the measureing part.
