I don't think there are too many vegetarians out here. & nbsp;If there are, they

aren't saying much. & nbsp;Outside of some generic stuff like tofu and soymilk

vegetarian stuff is hard to come by and what you can find is really expensive.

& nbsp;I have tried to find tvp, tempeh, nutritional yeast all with no success.

& nbsp;I usually have to go to the town 20 miles away for soy cheese or sprouts.

& nbsp;I cannot wait unti we move to Phoenix. & nbsp;I had the opportunity to go

to a Sprouts out there and found some really cool stuff.

Many of the items you mentioned are available through Amazon.com,

and if your order is $25.00 or over, shipping is free. Certainly a

better alternative than driving 20 miles.

That would be a good project for an entrepreneur. Go to a mall take a survey to

find out if there's a demand, and if so, start a business selling vege

products, first out of the home and then..who knows!...> Jane D
