Guest guest Posted May 15, 2010 Report Share Posted May 15, 2010 Almond Fruit Smoothies 1 1/4 cups orange juice 1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt 2 ounces tofu 2 cups fresh fruit 1/4 cup chopped almonds, toasted 1 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon wheat germ Combine all ingredients in blender.
