Jann, get some Silk creamer unsweetened. It will whip those potatoes up like

you won't believe, try boiling the potatoes in veg broth, that really perks up

the flavor too.

People can be creatures of habit, they won't venture out and try anything new.

Audrey, you get a gold star, I really admire your fierce determination in the

kitchen. You will keep trying if you have a kitchen flop, you try new products

and recipes, I wish you lived near me, we would have lots of fun in the kitchen.

Off to eat a hot oeatmeal butterscotch cookie right off the baking sheet so I

can burn my mouth, I never learn lol

I've seen the Silk a few times, I'll have to pick some up (and we like garlic

powder in ours, but I'll try it with the veg broth too).

It's funny, if I make something " veggie " and not tell him, he'll eat it and not

realize it. I made chili a while back with TVP, he raved about how it didn't

bother his digestion at all (I have used ground t*rkey instead of b*ef in the

past, so he assumed that's what was in it). Of course, I said

nothing....~smiles~...he eats with his eyes too often...we were talking about

needing to eat healthier and to make a joint effort, so maybe I'll have more

success now.
