This is a surprise Who would have guessed that spinach has more potassium than bananas? And look at that level in white beans! I don't have to worry about keeping bananas in the house all the time. Guest guest Posted May 19, 2010 Report Share Posted May 19, 2010 I was happily surprised too. I alway knew beans were good for the heart and this sure does justify it. I love my greens too. Interesting that both of these have more potassium than a banana isn't it. Bananas are good for us though.
