Guest guest Posted May 19, 2010 Report Share Posted May 19, 2010 Beet with Orange Marmalade 4 medium beets, cooked, peeled, and diced 1/2 onion, diced 1 tbls. orange marmalade 1 tbls. olive oil 1 tbls. butter salt and pepper In a skillet, heat olive oil with butter (careful not to burn). Add onion and saute until soft. Add diced beets and cook until heated through. Add orange marmalade; stir gently until beets are coated. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
