Guest guest Posted May 20, 2010 Report Share Posted May 20, 2010 Momo Filling --we are going to use 2 onions, finely minced 1 inch piece ginger, finely minced 3 cloves garlic, finely minced 1 bunch cilantro, finely minced 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, finely minced 1 lb. cabbage, finely minced 1 tsp. tomato paste 2 tbsps. soy sauce 1 tsp. vegetable bouillon 2 drops hot sauce Put all of the ingredients in a pot or big bowl, then add tomato paste, bouillon and soy sauce. Mix everything together very well. Steam or fry, do not let them touch because they will stick. Serve with you favorite dipping sauces.
