Shirataki Noodles

Hi Paula,

I get Shirataki noodles in my regular Ralph's market.  Ralph's is owned by

Krogers, so if you have one of those near you, you'll find them there.  If not. 

Whole foods sells them.  I use them along with spaghetti squash under pasta

sauce.  I find that they taste a bit better along with the spaghetti sauce.

A cat isn't fussy - just so long as you remember she like her milk in the

shallow, rose patterned saucer and her fish on the blue plate.  From which she

will take it, and eat it off the carpet.
