Guest guest Posted September 10, 2009 Report Share Posted September 10, 2009 Grilled Potato Planks With Guacamole Ingredients 3 Tbsp olive oil 1 garlic clove, minced 2 tsp finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves ½ tsp salt 1 ½ Pounds unpeeled baking potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices Guacamole ( make your own or store bought ) Instructions Preheat grill. Combine oil, rosemary and salt in a dish. Add potato slices and turn until well coated. Grill potatoes from 8 minutes or until soft. Turn and continue to grill 10 minutes longer or until cooked through. Remove from grill and serve with your favorite grilled meals and Guacamole.
