I have been searching our area for the shirataki noodles without any luck. Their web site said they were sold in Safeway, but they didn't have any. I am going to Eugene this next weekend so maybe I can find them at Trader Joes. If anyone lives in the Eugen Or area, do you know of any place that sells them?
