Guest guest Posted September 13, 2009 Report Share Posted September 13, 2009 Quick Garlicky Pasta Dinner 1 (16 ounce) package penne pasta 4 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup olive oil 1 large head fresh broccoli,cut into florets and blanched 1 (6 ounce) can sliced black olives Cook pasta in large pot with boiling salted water until al dente. Drain well. In a medium skillet over medium heat cook garlic in olive oil, being careful not to allow garlic to burn. n a large bowl add the cooked broccoli, cooked and drained pasta, and black olives.
