Guest guest Posted September 14, 2009 Report Share Posted September 14, 2009 Fridge = pickles, Miracle Whip, jar of peeled garlic, catsup, vegetable crisper full of fresh vegetables. Freezer = few boxes of veggie burgers, bag of diced potatoes, few boxes of chopped spinach and I always keep some ice cream on hand. Guest guest Posted September 14, 2009 Report Share Posted September 14, 2009 For the Freezer - -Frozen concentrates of orange, apples and grape juice, -Fruits - for making smoothies -Beans/Peas - speckled butter beans, green lima beans, ford hook limas, butter peas, green beans, crowder peas, purple hull peas, green peas, field peas with snaps, etc. - Corn - Chopped Spinach - Mixed Vegetables -Worthington/Loma Linda Vegetarian luncheon slices - great for sandwiches/subs - come in corn beef, turkey, chicken, bologo, smoked beef flavors -Breaded fried okra -nuts - they will last so much longer in the freezer - Bread - wheat french bread, ciabetta loaves and rolls, wheat pita bread, naan bread and multi-grain -Morningstar Farm Vegetarian Meat substitutes - -Shelled Hemp Seeds For the Refrigerator Soy Milk - vanilla and unsweetened Yogurt Eggs Lots of Vegetables - Romaine Lettuce, tomatoes(keep these on the counter), carrots, eggplant, celery, green peppers, cabbage, cucumbers, broccoli, cauliflower, summer squash, etc. Lots of Fruit - peaches, plums, navel oranges, melons, strawberry - varies by what is one sale that week or a good price at the produce stands, etc. always have apples and bananas at room temp. Veganaise Bragg's Liquid Amino's Miso BBQ sauce Sour Cream Smart Balance Light with Flax Seed Oil - spread Cottage Cheese Cream Cheese Cheese - block and shredded whole wheat tortilla's jams - love the Smuckers Simply Fruit French's Horseradish mustard pickles - dill and Bread and Butter Olives Container of peeled garlic cloves - get these at Sam's Club Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Light - Catalina Light Salad Dressing and Olive Oil Rasberry Vinegrette Well I'm sure their is more, but this is the majority of it.
