Guest guest
Hi Randi, Sometimes I substitue a single tablespoon of sesame oil in place of the 1 1/2 tablespoons of walnut oil. This is one of those recipes one can really play with and change from time to time. I tried the sesame oil while in Asia, and I couldn't find walnut oil. I had previously found walnut halves in a large shopping mall in Cagayan de Oro, where I also stumbled upon a large McCormick spice display. Toasted pecans also work well, as do Pistachios. One of the great joys of cooking is trying new things and experimenting with variations. I think we all have a bit of scientist in us ron , " rstevens9333 " <rstevens9333 wrote: > > This sounds great, I'm not real experienced in using bulgar so it's snice to find a tried and true recipe > > Randi
