Hello, Ron, and welcome!

Thank you so much for this Tabbouleh recipe!  I fell in love with Tabbouleh

when my husband and I lived in Tulsa, Oklahoma back in the '70's.  There were

many Middle Eastern people living in the area and, for some reason, Tabbouleh

was suddenly appearing in delis, restaurant buffets and on menus around the

city.

We moved back to the midwest after a few years, and I learned tht Tabbouleh

is hard to find around here.  I have made it (the traditional recipe, without

walnuts and cranberries) just a couple of times over the years, but every now

and  then I get to CRAVING it!  Your recipe looks WONDERFUL, and it's a good

motivation to me to go shopping for the ingredients and make it sometime SOON!

I can hardly WAIT!!

Thanks again!
