Guest guest Posted September 16, 2009 Report Share Posted September 16, 2009 Stewed Rhubarb 2 cups rhubarb, sliced 1/4 cup water 1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar Wash rhubarb and cut in 1 " (2 cm) pieces. Stir sugar into the prepared rhubarb and let stand until liquid gathers on the bottom of the container. Cook in a saucepan very slowly over low heat or bake in a covered dish in the oven at 325 degrees until tender.
