Guest guest Posted September 19, 2009 Report Share Posted September 19, 2009 Soy-Glazed Mushrooms 2 tablespoons oil 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 2 teaspoons minced ginger root 1 pound mushrooms, sliced 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 teaspoon sugar Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and ginger root and cook until the onion is tender, 2 to 3 minutes. Raise the heat to high, add the mushrooms and cook until they start to soften, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add the soy sauce and sugar and cook, stirring, until the mushrooms are tender, 5 to 6 minutes. Makes 4 servings. Calories 106, Fat 7 g, Carbs 8 g, Sodium 508 mg, Fiber 1.8 g.
