Guest guest Posted September 20, 2009 Report Share Posted September 20, 2009 T'nT (note: I wanted to experiment making a *richer* cheesier Artichoke-Spinach dip, so I came up with this yesterday. It's fast,easy and should satisfy both your Veggie and Non-Vegetarian friends and family. Artichoke-Spinach Dip 1 cup frozen Artichoke hearts.Diced 1 cup frozen/fresh Spinach-finely chopped 1/2 cup Monterey Jack Cheese-Diced 1/2 cup cream cheese optional: Sea salt and white pepper to taste Simmer(do not boil) Artichoke hearts and spinach in a scant amount of water, apx.15 min. Add Monterey Jack and cream cheese and continue simmering until cheese is melted.
