Guest guest Posted September 20, 2009 Report Share Posted September 20, 2009 Brussel Sprouts are so good for you and worth finding a way that you can enjoy them. Our favorite ways, is to boil them up in water, lemon pepper and some butter/Smart Balance Light with Flax Seed Oil spread. The other way is to toss some frozen brussel sprouts up with a little cooking oil and salt. The spread single layer on a baking sheet and roast them at 400 F. for about 30 minutes, stirring 1-2 times. They should be crispy and browned.
