You're lucky to have a great natural foods store in your neighborhood, Nature's Pantry. My aunt, also a vegetarian, lives in Bucker, Mo and shops there frequently. Welcome to the group! My mother lives there and I plan to visit in the not too distant future. Because it is a Seventh Day Adventist hospital, it has a little vegetarian food store in the basement of one of the buildings (you use the Human Resources entrance). It is very small, but it carries all of the Worthington canned goods, plus seasonings and TVP and such. Next time you're over there, ask someone to direct you. It's only open 3 or 4 days a week, but it's worth it, the prices are much better than any health food store.
