Pizza Dough

There are very good pizza dough recipes in this month's Vegetarian Times. I hav

e a bread machine I often use for bread dough. HOw come I can't use the bread

machine, in the same way for the pizza dough recipes in VT? I do work from home,

but I don't have a very warm spot for 4 hours to put the dough, to let it rise?

They didn't mention bread machine for the dough,but it is a yeast dough.

IIRC they were all gluten free. Perhaps that's why. I should go check. I

wonder where I put my copy...
