Guest guest
Most Mayonnaise(from scratch)recipes call for raw eggs. Miracle Whip is a bit tangy and sweet. Veganaise is perfect but a little salty for some recipes , but easy to adjust. Also more expensive than the other two. It's a matter of taste and what you grew up eating. I loved Miracle Whip until you folks told me about Veganaise. Believe it or not when I was a little kid I ate Miracle Whip on white bread sandwiches. Yikes ! My son-in-law grew up in the East and loves Mayo..Will eat nothing else. Deanna in Colorado
Guest guest
I remember those. Don't think I ever ate them, but I had friends who did. Yikes indeed! Guest guest
Ah, good to know about Veganaise being a little salty. Does it hold up ok in casseroles and dips, being baked?
