Guest guest
Isn't that funny? I don't care much for Italian, either (with the exception of a few dishes) though I will eat it. I adore almost all Mexican food, love the majority of the Middle Eastern and Greek foods I've tried, and my veggies with General Tso's sauce at Chinese restaurants are always good. Italian, though, just not that exciting for me... Funny, just thought of this -- my boss was born in Italy and we work for an Italian client, so he gets to travel to Italy sometimes. People are always asking him about Italian food and what's the best and so on -- he was talking the other day about Rome and how whenever you sit down at an outdoor cafe, the cats come swarming around you. I couldn't stop myself from blurting out " sounds like home to me! " and had to answer the question " how many cats do you have?? " Three. I have three cats. <sigh>... Guest guest
I don't think I mentioned on this list that I had WONDERFUL pad thai for the first time a couple of months ago -- I enjoyed the leftovers even more! I want to know how they prepared that tofu, it was good! I think I might take my dad to that Thai restaurant next week, he's always up for something new. We went to a Vietnamese restaurant a few times in my college town when dad came to visit, that's the closest I had ever had to Thai food. So spicy it made my nose run - loved it!
