Guest guest Posted September 26, 2009 Report Share Posted September 26, 2009 I used Bob Red Mill brand pizza crust, it is gluten free, in my bread machine yesterday, and it is by far,the best crust I've had. It worked very well. I didn't have to worry about a warm area for it to do all that rising. My son, who eats meat, loved the crust. It wasn't any extra work than anything else I put in the bread machine. On mine,I put marinara sauce with Italian cheese, and roasted green peppers and marinated artichoke hearts, and put black olives.
