Guest guest
You're welcome! Most of the ingredients just seemed a little too exotic for me, trying to wade my way through it. Now, sometime I do expect to see some good recipes you found in it that I was unable to find, lady! Guest guest
This is how i'm handling the ingrediants in that book, and in Vegan with a Vengence. If Hy-Vee has it, I'm buying it here, not in the organic section, but in the regular section, and I'm trying to find affordable substitutions for some things I'd not buy, or never use, like mustard. Essential Vegetarian book is good, but seems complicated to me sometimes. I'd never do all of that for a simple dinner, heck, bring out the crumbled Boca, and cook that in another skillet, beside the tacos! I'm not going to make the Boca from scratch. Things like that, if I knew how to make it without mustard, I'd make up a batch, and freeze it. --Rhonda , Audrey Snyder <AudeeBird wrote: > > You're welcome!
