Use the all Vegetarian Morningstar Farm Bacon Strips. They are found in the

frozen section of almost any grocery store and taste great!

Here is a $1 off coupon you can print to use on your next purchase of any of

their burgers.

Bacon?

My former meat eating self is wondering how to make water chesnuts, with

bacon wrapped around them. How do I create a bacon flavor, or bacon substance?

I concur! Those things are great, I go through them faster than any meat

substitute I buy (including Quorn, which is saying something!) I put them on

sandwiches with tomato and crunchy lettuce. :)
