I'm fine, as long as the milk is cooked. I eat out. I eat lasagna, I eat it, but

I try not to eat much ice cream. Cheese doesn't bother me. It's milk. I've had

this for 47 years, I've learned to adapt. --Rhonda

Have you been tested for milk allergy? Your sound lactose intolerant.

Cow's milk allergvy is completely different, cooking makes no difference. I get

sick from a slice of baked cheesecake just as well as a spoonful of frozen ice

cream or a few chips dipped into sour cream dressing.

I had the patch test done and the cow's milk spot blew up like a balloon on my

back.

I agree sounds like being lactose intolerant. I have a dairy allergy,

mild and it doesn't matter cooked or not but I still eat dairy which

includes eggs. I have a stronger reaction to eggs then milk.

Yeah, many patch tests, many. Milk gives me asthma attacks, like anaphylaxis, but

not quite. I took care of a patient who did the same thing, She's the only

person I ever met like my problem. I just ignor it, and go on,and make sure

there's actifed with me at all times. sometimes I don't quit coughing. I once

had over 30 patch tests in my arms. But, like I said,I'm allergic to alot of

things,and I deal with it,by adpating. I can't eat eggs, either,and I adpat. No

flu shots,I'm allergic to feathers, as well. I got so burned out on getting

allergy tested, and patches in my arms, and such, that I stopped, and said,

" enough. " I do take probiotics. --Rhonda
