Guest guest Posted September 28, 2009 Report Share Posted September 28, 2009 I have the book Vegan with a Vengence, which I have had sine it came out. I have an ingrediant question. I don't like mustard, the tyste, to me is awful, and bitter, and I can tell when it is added in recipes. I order my sandwhiches plain. I was thinking of trying to make the veggie burgers, but it has mustard in the recipe. I think it is thre for taste, not binding. Can I use something besides Dijon mustard in the ingrediants?
