Guest guest Posted September 28, 2009 Report Share Posted September 28, 2009 APPLE, PECAN AND GORGONZOLA SIDE SALAD 2 granny apples sliced 2 tablespoons toasted chopped pecans 2 tablespoons crumbled gorgonzola cheese 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing & recipe mix, prepared with balsamic vinegar Arrange apples on 4 salad plates Sprinkle with pecans and cheese Top with dressing.
