Guest guest
Hello. I am a lapsed vegetarian who joined the group in hope that it will help me get back on the vegetarian wagon. I fell off because of fatigue from making separate or modified meals every day for myself and my carnivorous family. I don't even like the taste of meat, let alone the thought of it. So I'm going to give vegetarianism another solid try--just in time for a Thanksgiving without turkey. Salads are my strongest suit. I will post a fave recipe sometime this week after I have a chance to check your archives to make sure I'm not duplicating. Many thanks for welcoming me. - Catherine _______________ Internet explorer 8 lets you browse the web faster. http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9655582
Guest guest
Hi Catherine I'm rather new on the group myself, but not new to being a vegetarian. Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday, I love food! You will have no problem, just make everything but the meat, a good cornbread stuffing made on the stove top and then put in the oven is my favorite part of the meal. We LOVE Quorn turkey roast for the holiday! We don't feel that we are missing out on anything. Worthington frozen Wham for those who prefer ham over the holidays works well too! -Mouse On Wed, Sep 30, 2009 at 12:59 PM, Catherine Austen <c_a_austenwrote: > I'm going to give vegetarianism another solid try--just in time for a > Thanksgiving without turkey. > > - Catherine > >
