Wow, the more I do this, the more I need a cheap, uncomplicated food processor.

Any thoughts? I don't go so cheap as the Seen on TV brands, but but something

inexpensive that won't break, and that works.--Rhonda.

I have a Kitchen Aid from Amazon, not expensive nor complicated.

I have used Cuisinarts exclusively for years cooking school lunch for

200-odd people per day.

They are not the cheapest, but they are uncomplicated and do what

needs to be done.

If you aren't cooking for lots of people, you could probably get away

with spending less money on a smaller one.

I bought a tiny one, Cuisenart, for 40.00 today, normally it'd be 60.00 There

were others by opther brands, same size, cheaper, but I went with the Cuisenart.

It looks cute sitting on my counter top.

I chopped a cup of dates, to go into this recipe. I'll post what I did.

I didn't have all the ingrediants, and I use The Perfect Brownie Pan.
