In bowl, combine 1 tsp orange zest, 3 tbs honey and 2 tbs apple cider vinegar. Whisk in 1/3 cup canola oil. Stir in 1 tsp poppy seeds. Season dressing with salt and pepper, if desired. Arrange 7 oz bag salad greens on serving platter. Top lettuce with 1 small red onion, sliced, 1/2 cup sliced strawberries and orange segments. Drizzle dressing over salad, then serve.
