Guest guest
Baked Pears with Cranberry-Hazelnut Stuffing 2 pears, Anjou, Bosc or Comice peeled, halved, and cored 1 cup fresh cranberries chopped 4 tablespoons brown sugar 4 tablespoons hazelnuts chopped 1/2 teaspoon ginger or allspice or cardamom Place pears cut-side up in baking dish. Combine cranberries, sugar and hazelnuts and spoon into center of each pear half, sprinkle with spice(s). Bake at 350 degrees until tender and bubbly, about 30 minutes. If you eat dairy, you might enjoy this topped with a dollop soy or regular ice cream..
