Guest guest Posted October 8, 2009 Report Share Posted October 8, 2009 2 tbsps. butter 2 small chopped onions 1 clove minced garlic 5 1/2 cups stock or water 3 cups shredded cabbage 1 diced potato 2 chopped apples 2 chopped tomatoes, fresh or canned 1 tsp. salt pinch of pepper Melt butter in a large soup pot.
