Brown it up in the pan and eat in a bun. It will be a semi-soft patty with a

delicate flavor. Tartar sauce would be good on it, it will kind of remind you

of a seafood sandwich, know what I mean? It has a nice little sesame seed

flavor too. I like it with horseradish on top, my friend likes it with tartar

sauce..

I don't know if it is sold in Canada, but you should be able to at least find it

on the internet to buy. It is a mix that you buy in a package and add to a

block of firm or extra firm tofu. You mix it together well with your hands, so

you can smoosh up the block of tofu. Then form 5 patties with your hands and

drop in to a hot skillet that has oil across the bottom and brown it up on both

sides of each patty.

The mix sounds like fun - but you don't need it to make them at home. You can

make them by simply draining the firm or extra firm tofu, crumble it up, add any

type of ground nuts and a little ground flax seed for your " binder " , add some

liquid smoke and lea and perrins, salt, pepper, garlic and whatever tickles your

fancy. I bake mine instead of frying them, but you can fry them too if you

like...
