The Marshmallow Fluff has no gelatin in it and is vegetarian. Judy Best Crispy Marshmallow Treats a.. 1/4 cup butter b.. 1 (7 1/2-ounce) jar Marshmallow Fluff (2 1/2 cups) (it is vegetarian and has no gelatin in it) c.. 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add Marshmallow Fluff and cook over low heat about 5 minutes, stirring constantly until well combined. Remove from heat. Add crispy rice cereal. Stir until rice is well-coated. Using buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly into buttered 13-by-9-by-2-inch pan. When cool, cut into squares. Makes 24 squares, 2 by 2 inches.
