I am with you, there are not many choices at regular restaurants, however

Indian restaurants usually have several choices.

Yeah, unless they say they're a vegetarian, I don't follow their recipes

strictly. I watch to get ideas and then add my own ingredients. I do hope

though that more restaurant chefs will come up with tasty veg dishes. I am

so tired of going to a restaurant and my choice of food is pasta, grilled

vegetables and portobello mushrooms!
