Guest guest
One thing I've noticed, just this week, is I suddenly have this extra energy, especially after I eat, especially tofu. It feels like I've drank a Red Bull, (Which I'd never drink, cause I don't like them.) What might be causing that? Until last week, I was sluggish. --Rhonda

Guest guest
For me it's novelty. A new knitting pattern. A new book. A new recipe/food/way of eating. A new class. A new season. New sneakers. Rearranging my furniture. Painting the walls. Could have nothing to do with the food. It could be the change in the weather. Guest guest
I've noticed the last ocuple of weeks, I'v enot needed as much sleep, and I " m not sluggish, like I was. I think it's vitamin a from carrots, and extra c, and the pure protein that is not animal based. I do need to buy some vitamin D, one time on the Dr. Oz show, he told the audience they need to take Vitamin d, if they don't eat animal products. --Rhonda , thelilacflower wrote: > > I hav e always had energy but b eing a veg has gi ven me more. Guest guest
Hi, Rhonda Red bull is an energy drink that has all this acid ingredients. Try something that is more healthy like carrots and banana juice. , " rhonlynns " <webrstraw wrote: > > One thing I've noticed, just this week, is I suddenly have this extra energy, especially after I eat, especially tofu. Guest guest
Your body is a complex machine. You found something it likes and it is telling you. I'm not perfect, but when I have been good on my diet, I have so much energy. When I get hormonal and want to eat stuff that's bad for me, I'm all sluggish. I'm jealous - I wish tofu did that for me! , " rhonlynns " <webrstraw wrote: > > One thing I've noticed, just this week, is I suddenly have this extra energy, especially after I eat, especially tofu.
