Guest guest
We are all different and I'm sure you've heard people say " I'm a morning person, or I'm at my best after 5 PM. " Pay attention to your body and you will discover what it needs. I actually ask my *body* what it needs for the day. A so called " craving " is your body speaking to you. I am a morning person so I get my exercises and daily 15 minutes of sunshine early in the morning before Noon. I'm usually up and about by 5 AM. Breakfast is my main meal and I eat a high protein meal including nuts, etc. I'm full of energy most of the day until after 5 PM and then I become sluggish in mind and body. Just ask my Literati buddy and she will tell you that I win games in the morning and lose the evening ones. I can work the hard Sudoku puzzles in the morning and have problems if I try to work the easy ones in the evening. I have a son-in-law who is not to be messed with in the morning. LOL Now towards evening he is a different person. Full of energy and in a good mood. But my daughter who is a morning person can tell you that her husband is not a friendly guy in the morning. I'm 68 years old, have been a Vegetarian for 30 years and daily learn something new about my health and body. I take no medication, get apx. 7 hrs. of sleep at night and... Life is just way too much fun sometimes. Deanna in Colorado
