And now I am looking out on the foods I have after going from 250 LBS and now I am about 189 LBS. And going lower. And working out and all. I just turn 52 last Sunday, and I look and fill good. I think I will like Vegetarian cooking and the nattural way of cooking as a 1/2 blood Native American. I am looking also for some good cook books and things on it. Any one know of any?
