We have designed it especially for New Vegetarians, but even seasoned Vegetarians will learn things there too. There are many quick reference areas for things you will want to know about. It has Menu ideas, tips for a healthy Vegetarian Diet, vegetarian sources of Omega Fatty Acids, Iron, Protein, Vit.
